Sonia: Hello, welcome to Blade's Culinary Creations & Adventures. My name is Sonia (Blade).If you have ever played the video game mortal combat, you will know why everyone calls me that. :) I am 24, New Jersey born but I reside in Maryland with my fiance Bryan. I am an aspiring chef and I truly have a passion for cooking and food.My father was a true inspiration in my cooking and I have been doing it since I was a little girl. I would love to pull up a chair in the kitchen when I was younger as I watched him put together amazing creations. We would always have family gatherings and BBQs while enjoying laughs, family and friends and my dad's food. Oh what I would give to have one of those moments back. Not only is cooking something that I love doing, but it brings people together. I will be attending Culinary School in the fall. I am very excited to learn and experience new things.Not only will this blog be about my experience cooking(my recipes and others. Others will be specified), it will also be about the foods I experience around the world. I love going to different restaurants and trying new things.
